How to Turn Casual Shoppers into Client Evangelists [INTERVIEW]

Customer service is the backbone of any business. If you don’t provide good customer service, you won’t BE in business for very long. This is especially critical for small businesses. U.S. consumers consider customer service to be the most important factor when choosing a small business over other types of companies.

I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Internet Marketing Expert Gloria Rand for her Shortcut to Success Telesummit. My topic was Pathway to Success: Customer Service Strategies to Turn Casual Shoppers into Client Evangelists.
